How To Order With Watford Home Hardware

Watford Home Hardware Building Centre is open to the public 7 days a week, alongside offering several safe pick-up alternatives.

Picking Up Your Order

1. Order Online: Using the form here, you can place an order using product descriptions and we'll get it ready. You can even find SKUs on the Home Hardware Website for perfect accuracy. We'll then reach out to you for final approval, as well as pricing for payment when you arrive, or in advance via e-transfer.
2. In-Store Shopping: We're now open to the public Monday to Friday 7 am-5 pm, Saturday 8 am-5 pm, and Sunday 10 am-4 pm.
3. Walk-Up Shopping: If you come to our store during regular business hours, bring a list of items with you or just tell us what you need at the front doors and we'll be happy to find it for you.
4. Email Your Order: Any time, day or night, you can send us an email with a list of items you require. This method is our favourite as we can get the items ready, even when the store isn't open and still maintain proper physical distancing. Once we do, we'll email or call you back to let you know it's good to go. Just drive up, pay, and we'll bring it outside for you. You can even browse the Home Hardware Website, pulling pictures, product links and SKUs into your email.

5. Call Your Order In: All you need to do is call us at 519-849-2219 and tell us your list, we'll get it ready for you. Pay at the door or e-transfer in advance and your order will be waiting. This is also very easy and efficient.
